Store Policies

Shipping Policy

We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours after payment is received, sometimes same day. Orders placed before 11:00 AM GMT are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM CST are usually shipped the next day (Monday through Thursday). Orders placed after 11:00 AM CST on Friday are shipped the following Monday. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

All orders shipped in the U.S. under 13oz are shipped First Class Mail (2-5 days) Unless Priority Mail is selected. Anything over 13oz you have the option of Media Mail (1-2 weeks) or Priority Mail (2-3 days). For heavier items we offer USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Box and USPS Priority Large Flat Rate Box shipping (2-3 days) as an option. See below for more shipping details.

Ovation/Takamine/Genz Benz: Top Shelf Accessories is an online dealer of Kaman products.  At times however your item may be "backordered." If your item is backordered you will be given the opportunity to wait for the backorder (you will usually get an extra discount for waiting), or get a complete refund.  Please be advised the Manufacturer will give us an "estimated time of arrival" and we can't control this backorder.  Be assured you will receive your product, however, you must agree to either wait or get a refund that day. If you agree to wait for your product you will also have to agree there will be no disputes brought against Top Shelf Accessories via Paypal. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and appreciate the opportunity to serve you with our online selection of Kaman products.

NOTE:  Be Advised All Ovation/Takamine/Genz Benz orders are subject to 7 days or more delay in shipping once your order processes. These products are shipped from another warehouse in either Kentucky or Oregon.  Thank You for your understanding


International Shipping

All international orders under 4lbs are shipping via USPS International First Class Mail. Items over 4lbs must be sent USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Priority International Flat Rate Box/Large Flat Rate Box. Shipping is available worldwide. International orders may be subject to additional Customs fees. Please check with your country's Customs policies before placing an order. You are fully responsible for all additional fees your order may incur.


Return Policy

At Top-Shelf Accessories we want you to be happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied; returns are usually not a problem if you follow the instructions below:

The seller must be notified at Returns of your intent to return merchandise within 3 days of delivery confirmation and product receipt. Items must be returned within 15 days from notification of intent to return item date. Shipping and Handling is not refunded for any returns.

  • All products returned MUST be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards, other accessories, and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
  • Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.
  • We will pay for shipping and handling charges for re-shipments due to wrong or defective merchandise you have received.
  • In the case of an outright return for refund, we refund the full purchase price of the product, but you are responsible for return shipping on the product you are returning and we do not credit the original shipping charges.
  • Please NOTE: If you received http://www.topshelfaccessoriesonline.com/images/IconFreeShippingSmall.gif , we will not credit what it cost us to ship your product to you.  You will be responsible for the insured return of the item to us.  Please consider this before requesting a return.
  • Returns must be returned to us; NOT to manufacturers directly (even if the manufacturer includes returns instructions within their packaging). We reserve the right to authorize returns beyond 15 days under special circumstances.

Wrong Product

If you have received the wrong item please contact us at  Customer Service  so we can get the correct item to you as soon as possible.

Insurance

Is optional and is offered. We encourage you to purchase insurance at the time of payment but it is not required for any purchase. Insurance can be purchased for most Domestic and International deliveries. There are exceptions usually with International purchases.  Insurance is generally provided free of charge on most of our http://www.topshelfaccessoriesonline.com/images/IconFreeShippingSmall.gif items.  If insurance is provided or if you purchase insurance, proof of the insurance purchase will be sent to you electronically if we choose to use a third party insurer.

Lost Items

If you did not receive your merchandise (i.e. they are lost in shipment), you must report such loss within 20 days of shipment (U.S.) or 45 Days (international). Top*Shelf Accessories will file a claim with USPS and will pay to you any amounts (if any) that are paid by USPS as a result of such claim. Top*Shelf Accessories, however, does not represent or guarantee that USPS will pay any such claims. Any such payments are subject to USPS terms and conditions.
Top*Shelf Accessories is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged or mishandled shipments.

Secure On-line Shopping

All payments are processed online are done so as a secure transaction. Payments are processed through a secure server using industry standard SSL encryption. We also do not store credit card information. We will never under any circumstances sell or give away any of your information. All information you provide to us will be solely used for the process of your order only.
